Parties: This agreement is between Atlantic Securities Limited ("Introducing Broker") and the person named below ("Client") regarding IBKR Account.

1. Client agrees to a commission rate of as presented at Fees Global page. Any updates on the content of the webpages are automatically applicable for your account.
Note: This total rate includes Atlantic Securities Limited Fee and the Interactive Brokers (IBKR) Standard Execution Fee

2. In addition to the commissions above, Client is responsible for all third-party regulatory fees (e.g., SEC, FINRA, or exchange-specific fees) which are passed through at cost by IBKR.

3. Client acknowledges that while fees are presented as a total cost, IBKR acts as the clearing firm and will deduct the total amount from the Client’s account, remitting the markup portion to Atlantic Securities Ltd

4. Client has reviewed and agreed with the Agreements and Disclosures as shown on Agreements and Disclosure page. 

Acknowledgment: By signing below, Client confirms they have reviewed and agreed with above and consents to open an IBKR account that Atlantic Securities Limited will act as an Introducing Broker.
